In addition to La Petite Chalet, we also have two beautiful sister properties available to book.
We invite you to leave technology behind and venture into the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western North Carolina for a stay at Lotsa Moose Lodge. Our secluded friends and family glamping experience sleeps up to 6 guests and pets are also welcome. This beautiful creekfront cabin, campsite, and swimming hole is the ideal way to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
The main house has 1 Bedroom and a Living Room with a pullout bed. There is a Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Bed in the separate Bunk House leaving plenty of room for groups and larger families. The Living Room is well appointed with plenty of seating and a TV & DVD player for cozy movie nights. We have a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill area complete with firepit!
It’s hard to beat this cabin’s fantastic location! Nestled at the base of Celo Knob, the northernmost peak of the Black Mountain Range, you’ll have direct access to a variety of outdoor recreation! Pack your gear and embark on endless hiking, biking, rock climbing and mountaineering adventures!

Need some time off the grid? Why not venture into Pisagh National Forest where you will find Ama Falls, our secluded 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath cabin backing onto a waterfall nestled deep in the forests of the Black Mountains.
Ama is Cherokee for Water and you will find lots of Native American touches throughout the cabin. The lounge area features a cozy fur-lined chair and a propane gas log fire. The kitchen is fully equipped and you also have a covered deck area with an outdoor grill and dining area.
Untouched and inaccessible to the public, you'll have an entire forest to explore for yourselves. The home is at the base of Celo Knob, the northernmost peak of the Black Mountain Range, so you’ll have unparalleled backyard access to hiking, rock climbing, and mountaineering beginning at a base of 6,327 feet - adventure enthusiasts are encouraged to bring their gear along on the trip!
